Job Description
- Review of quarterly and annual financials of Investor.
- Closure of quarterly and annual Investor reporting.
- Day-to-day compliance matters of Portfolio companies.
- Portfolio Valuation per US GAAP and supporting - training will be provided.
- Audit support for December and March.
- US K-1 compliances - training will be provided.
- Capital calls & Distribution to Investors.
- Regulatory reporting - India and Mauritius - support role.
- Investor queries and confirmations.
- Any other administrative matters as may be called upon.
- End to end Transaction support liaising with the legal team, compliance team and tax advisors.
- Ground-level execution (cash flow management, review of legal documents (with legal team), cap table, valuation reports etc.) to ensure that the transaction process gets closed smoothly with limited guidance.
- Coordinating with investee companies to collate the quarterly MISs.
- Review portfolio MISs and prepare the quarterly report for the leadership team highlighting material variances and other significant findings.
- Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints and deliver strong results.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday. If the work is not completed in office timings then the candidate can also go home and complete it.

- Mode of working : Work from Office.
- Timings : 10am -7pm Depending upon the work.
Desired Candidate Requirement
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of experience.
- First/second attempt Chartered Accountant with articleship from one of the Big 6s (first preference) or industrial training from MNCs.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Working knowledge on financial and statutory matters like Accounting standards, TDS rates, GST, etc.
