Job Description
•Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring
•Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the firm
•Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner
•Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team-building activities.
•Implement performance appraisal processes and provide support in setting and evaluating employee goals
•Assist in developing professional development programs and training initiatives
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
•Update and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures
•Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient functioning of office equipment and facilities
•Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
•Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office infrastructure
•Schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences for partners and staff
•Maintain and organize the office calendar and ensure timely communication of schedules
•Maintain accurate and organized records of legal documents, client files, and office correspondences
•Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding document retention
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
•Assist with client intake processes and coordinate the collection of necessary documentation
•Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and processing payments
•Coordinate with accounting personnel for financial reporting and audits
•Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management
•Coordinate annual benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries
Job Location - Pune
Working days - Monday to Friday & 1st , 3rd , 5th Saturday with occasional extended hours as needed.
Mode of working - Work from office
CTC - 9 lacs
Desired Candidate Requirement
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in office administration and human resources, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
Candidate should possess below skills -
•Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•High level of discretion and confidentiality
•Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to address issues and provide practical solutions
• Ensures accuracy in all tasks and documentation
•Ability to lead by example and support the professional growth of the team

The Position is open in multiple locations like Mumbai , Pune, Sanghli, Satara, Aurangabad and Kolhapur.
