Job Description
Legal Associate
1. Drafting variety of corporate and real estate documents
2. Opinions on various matters
3. Due Diligence including review of title opinions
4. Research on various matters of law
5. Assistance with such matters relating to office management and knowledge management as maybe assigned from time to time.
Office hours: Weekdays: 10.30am to 8.30pm; Sat: 11am to 6pm.
Location - J.P.Nagar- 7th Phase, Bangalore (Onsite, Full Time)
CTC - 7 lacs depending on the qualification, years of relevant experience and interview. It can be higher or lower depending on the candidate
Desired Candidate Requirement
• Candidate must be fully proficient in Kannada including the ability to read Kannada documents and also be proficient in English.
• Should have minimum PQE of 2- 5 years.
• Should have excellent drafting skills.
• Should have Prior real estate experience in a law firm, bank or company would be preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Word and other office software would also be required.
• Candidate should be an associate with real estate practice.

With extensive experience in advisory work and real estate matters, the Firm ensures clients receive comprehensive and strategic legal guidance. The offices are located either at J.P. Nagar or Indiranagar in Bengaluru. This is full time work from office role and working days are Monday to Saturday.
