Job Description
1. Monitoring of Secretarial compliances like Private placement, Right Issue, Bonus, Buyback.
2. To ensure secretarial/compliance documentation is taken care of with minimal escalations
3. Post Funding compliances - to prevent any dilution of ownership and protect the rights of the Private Equity Fund
4. FEMA compliance - FCGPR, FCTRS, DI
5. Portfolio companies support services
6. Condition precedent and Closing Support for listed and unlisted companies
7. Coordinating with portfolio companies and Investor
8. Share certificate custody compliance - Demat of share, Custodian services
9. Maintaining a tracker of portfolio companies
10 Generating various reports etc.
Working days and time - Monday to Saturday 10 -6:30 pm
Location - Santacruz
CTC - 3 - 4.2 lpa (Based on the interview)
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Semi qualified C.S with 24 months CS Internship experience of accountants and articles.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
