Job Description
1. Finalization of books of account and statutory records:
a) Scrutiny of Books of accounts.
b) Monthly and year-end Provisions.
c) Supervision of day-to-day accounting and payments.
d) Timely closure of books of accounts on a monthly and annual basis.
2. MIS, Financial Statements & Audit:
a) Expense management - review and escalation of exceptions.
b) Accounting and process controls around.
c) Analysis of Cost Vs Benefit on Major Expenses Spends.
d) Co-ordinations with Statutory Auditor, Tax Advisor, lawyers.
e) Statutory and Tax audit completion as per the timeline advised by management.
f) Preparation of Financial statement (Stand-alone and Consolidated)
g) Ensure compilation of data for monthly filing compliances of statutory payments like TDS and Compliance of Income Tax, GST, PF etc.
h) Liasoning with the consultant for RODTEP, duty drawback
i) Liasoning with Bank for Inward as well as outward foreign remittance.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
a) Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
b) Monitor budget variances and provide insights for corrective actions.
CTC: upto 9 LPA, depending on the qualification, years of relevant experience and interview, the CTC would be negotiable.
Location: Mumbai
Working days & Time: Alternate Saturday and all Sunday off. 10 am to 7 pm
Desired Candidate Requirement
1) Commerce Graduate with a Minimum 5 years of experience OR
2) CA Dropouts with a minimum 3 years of experience.
3) The candidate should be able to coordinate with clients for documentation in Domestic and International clients since many of the clients are based abroad.
4) The candidate should have a good understanding of GST, with the ability to verify invoices and banking documents. If the candidate is a qualified CA, they should also be able to handle budgeting tasks.
5) The candidate will have to work closely with the CA firm who is handling their work.
6) The candidate who has worked in a organisation with 5+ crores of turnover
PQE: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior accounting or CA firm, with a focus on corporate tax, personal tax, and compliance.
