Job Details

1) Start-up Fund Raising and Mergers & Acquisitions – Preparation of IM, Financial Model, Strategizing Fund Raise, Reach-outs to Venture Capital Funds, Family Offices, etc., constructing round including valuation negotiation & commercial terms and ensuring deal execution for fund raise.

2) Valuation - Conducting various valuation assignments of Financial Securities, Intangibles and others (including Transaction & Trading Comps)

3) Portfolio Management Services - Deal Screening & Evaluation, Tracking. Monitoring of Existing Portfolio Start-up Co.s of clients and preparation of portfolio report.

4) Transaction Services - Buy Side / Sell Side end to end deal transaction services.

Desired Qualification: Qualified CA

Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years and above.

3)Ability to lead & train a team of 6-7 Qualified and Executives.
4)Willing to conduct & participate in various business development opportunities.
