Job Description
1.Maintenance of Employee database (Physical & Digital )
2.Documentation as a part of joining formalities of new employees
3.Employee code generation on Kredily, Biometric & Official E mail ID creation
4.Adding new joinee on whats app group / creating welcome poster from canva & posting in a whats app group
5.Maintaining a record of laptops and assets given to the employees
6.Assisting HR in organizing fun activities, in organizing festival celebration in office , in preparing festival post in a canva
7.Keeping updates of softwares - Tally, Quickheal, Winmann
8.Coordinating with vendors for payments, orders etc.
9.Managing the stationery levels in the office
10.Handling petty cash payments, preparing and supportings documents
11.Costing of the assignment
12.Work plan tracking of Team Leaders
13.Lining up meetings, appointments with Clients, Bankers
14.Bookings & Reservations
15.Emails handling
16.Undertaking typing work & correspondence handling
Desired Candidate Requirement
1. Qualification required: BCOM graduate with 3-5 years’ experience in an administration field will be preferable.
2. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
