• Once the application is received, it is the responsibility of the firm to get in touch with the applicant and the selection process, thereafter would be offline. While LegaFinjobs would be happy to receive your feedback, it would not be directly involved in the subsequent selection process.
• Interested students/ professionals students will apply to your firm through the site. It would be the sole responsibility of firms to ascertain the background, credentials and other details of students/ professionals applying to their firm for articleship/ job. LegaFinjobs does not have any responsibility with regard to the same. Even if the students/ professionals student apply for transfer or industrial training or commit any act which may amount to omission, forgery , theft or any other punishable act, LegaFinjobs will be no way be liable.
• LegaFinjobs relies on all the information submitted by firms while posting an opening for articleships. We do not undertake any background checks for firm name, firm profile, office location, etc. If any firm dispute any details related to other firms posted on our website or our facebook page, LegaFinjobs will not be held liable.
• Our website & facebook page is freely accessible by students in particular & public in general. We take the contact details of the firms for our reference purposes.
• We would post the name, profile of the firm and other related details of the job on the site once the firm pays for the subscription plans. The information of posted jobs is available only to registered users (students) on the site.
• We neither share the contact details (email ID and phone no) of the firm in the openings posted nor we share the contact details with any third parties. However, we do not guarantee that the firms would not be contacted by any third parties.
• In case any other dispute arises, our liability (including the liability, if any, of all the team members and LegaFinjobs’s employees) shall be limited to and shall not, under any circumstances (whether in breach of contract or in tort or otherwise), exceed the charges actually paid to us in relation hereto.
